I have a lot of ideas floating around in my head, I’ve read a lot of materials I’ve downloaded other forms of policies and procedures but there’s no coherency to them. I want something that’s going to reflect my philosophy, my practice, the goals of my practice, the standards of my practice, and be able to convey that directly to clients and any other person that interacts with the firm. And to educate my staff to what our standards are. I think by the end of this seminar those should be one cohesive document. It’s going to be work I understand that, but right now it’s one of those important but not so urgent categories but it’s constantly gnawing at the back of the mind. It’s one thing I want to move off my plate and have it in a form that’s presentable to the current staff and to any new staff I bring on board.
