I came onto this program because really I needed something to help me organize my practice. I was doing the law stuff just fine but the back office was a mess. I needed something to help me organize with policies and procedures, and this workshop has been perfect for that. It has given me a lot of structure, much needed structure with regard to establishing not only communications with my clients, but also communications internally with my staff and other vendors that I use every day. I haven’t left the program yet, but I know already that when I hit the ground back in the office they’ll be a marking change in the way that the practice is run. I’ve used what I’ve learned here already to make sure that the programs that I’ve got in place can get my staff to help me get back to practicing law and actually doing other things that are much more valuable both in terms of monetary return but valuable in terms of psychic return.
