Q: How often should we be looking at these metrics: twenty percent of annual target, revenue range, and aged accounts receivables plus sixty that Aron was talking about? Once a quarter? Once a month?
A: I would look at it weekly or monthly. I think daily you’re going to drive yourself crazy. Quarterly, in my opinion, the swings are going to be too much if you’re looking at it only quarterly. You can take action if you’re doing it once a week.
