Q: With RJon’s assistance I kind of had an epiphany about a year ago with a business plan development workshop. I’m now the owner of Fountainhead Global. The problem I’m having is making the transition from out of my law firm. It feels like it’s so dependent on me. In order for me to get Fountainhead where it needs to be, I need to remove myself. What is your advice on how to replace myself so that I’m only meeting with those high net worth family owners?
A: It’s very easy. You build systems. Every single one of these members up here made the decision to build their infrastructure, build their policies, and build their procedures. Everybody up there built systems to fire themselves from all of those jobs.
