Q: My question is what was your first most important marketing decision?
A: Probably to devote nearly a hundred percent of my time to it. The biggest thing that I was said, “I’m going to have a firm that does X number of revenues.” I didn’t know exactly how but all these things about the marketing, the office space, the server. All the stuff that I did was almost like my hand was forced to do it because I had already made the decision. For me it was like a domino, I made that one decision, pushed it, and everything else had to go.
