Q: We met at a workshop and I’d like you to talk about the way you made decisions versus how the other attendees made decisions.
A: Going into it I was looking for help to run my firm and there were a lot of people in the room who had a similar place as far as where their practice was. They were stuck in the same rut but they were very skeptical of what RJon was talking about. It was about the chart of accounts and the seven parts of a business. When I saw that it cracked my shell a bit, I was looking for help and it just resonated for me. I didn’t waste any time signing up. It was in June and I was really anxious to get started and I was kind of irritated we couldn’t get started until the LQM. In June 2014 my revenues were around $500,000 a year. Last year my revenues were $1,750,000.
