Testimonial
My project is two parts and it comes down to finishing the process of fixing our current staffing issues. We are severely understaffed. I’ve done part of that but I need to keep going. And that I believe is going to need to be a junior associate and a client intake specialist. Those, I believe, need to happen simultaneously. Most importantly, it’s going to keep sanity. It’s going reduce the strain, earn time for myself and my family. Also it’s going to allow me to focus on the business. The final thing is I think this is going to propell us to the next level. I also need to calendar the goal deadlines and actions that are going to need to happen to make that happen, and figure out what the goal is in terms of the ultimate deadline on both of those positions.
