I’m going to get my policies and procedures written so that I can systemitize my office so that it is not dependent on me any longer. Rather than looking back on the fact that since I went to the policies and procedures workshop two years ago. I’ve hired one and then a second high level administrative person to do the job for me. I curled up into a fetal position for about 24 hours and then I came out of it and I was like “you know what? there’s only one person that can make this happen and that’s me.” So i have a very simple plan for how I’m going to get it done. I need that project management worksheet if it can go up on the site. I’m going to assign team members who have expertise in each of the areas. For example, the client onboarding specialist can work to provide me with a draft of the client onboarding system. Then in bold capital letters, we’re going to calendar it. They’re going to fill a project management worksheet and I’m going to follow up, not just say “this is your job” and then be hurt and disappointed when it doesn’t happen.
