My project is to new sign the lease for a new office space so that my paralegals no longer have to work in my kitchen, my conference room, and I can fire my assistant who I currently share with my suite mate and hire a new one. It will help me not be stunted by the uncertainty of how I can live my life with me and my new husband. I’ll be able to professionally step into the role of the business owner that I want to be and have my own office without sharing space which to me is a feeling of success. Financially, I won’t be stunted by the lack of space so that I can grow and put more employees in the seats so I can do more work. In order to do that I need to finish talking to my realtor to make sure that my options are reasonable and see if there’s nothing out there that is better. I need to crunch numbers and I need your guidance to figure out how much more space I need and then to determine there are interested tenants that I can lease the extra space until I actually need it.
