Testimonial
Q: As a result of a telephone conversation I recently had with you, RJon. I went back and read chapter 15 of Think and Grow Rich. I realized that I have poverty mindset. My husband and I both are held back by poverty mindset and it causes us to make bad business decisions. My question for you is about the Mastermind. Is that something that we attend together or separately?
A: If two spouses were going to do a Mastermind I would recommend you not do a hot seat at the same Mastermind. I recommend that you do a hot seat on one and let him observe, he does a hot seat on another and you observe. The reason why is because when you’re on the hot seat you’re not going to know what’s going on. You’re in this tunnel vision, and you’re not going to be able to be fully present and supportive of him when it’s his turn on the hot seat because you’re going to be in such a big thing for yourself and vice versa. Plus the way it works with the Mastermind is each person who’s getting a hot seat gives feedback to everyone else who’s on the hot seat. It’s not such a good idea to be giving your spouse feedback on a hot seat and it’s not such a good idea for him to be giving you feedback on a hot seat.
