A: When you are able to make decisions based on what you truly want without worrying about what other people are going to think. When you’re making decisions for you. This doesn’t mean you’re making decisions without being considerate of other people. This doesn’t mean you’re making decisions in a vacuum as if your decisions don’t have consequences because of the opinions other people have. If you’re making decisions because it’s a smart decision, a tactical decision, a strategic decision because of what other people think then that’s one thing. But, when you’re making decisions because you’re worried about what other people think or you’re worried about how other people are going to feel you haven’t met yourself. You’ve met yourself when you’re really making decisions and you really don’t care what other people think.
