A: Sure you do. You just have to want it bad enough and be ruthless enough in your prioritization to make it happen. And ruthless has a bad connotation I don’t mean this as a bad connotation. You just have to be ruthless enough to prioritize the priorities. You have to give up something of a lower value for a higher value.
