Q: This goes to building your A-Team. You had to have buy-in from your team at a really important place in 2013, and you made it a team exercise. So, talk a little bit about that. How did you do it at How to Manage?
A: We said, _This marketing plan is how all of you are going to make more money, and if we don’t do this marketing plan the business won’t grow. And if the business doesn’t grow, there’s no way for us to give you guys opportunities to grow. All we have to do is miss a few of these and then the business starts to shrink and pretty soon you’re all fired._ Anyone that you tell that truth to that has a problem with it, that’s a giant red flag. That’s reality and anyone who has a problem with that truth, I promise you they are evading reality in all kinds of other ways in your business, which you’re going to end up paying the price for.
