A: What goes on the calendar is when the project has to begin and when the project has to end. That’s all that goes on the paper calendar. All the project management in between is too much detail for your paper calendar. Project management is project management. Don’t try to turn your calendar into a project management tool. Project management is a piece of paper with every little micro step in the project.
