Testimonial
Q: I practice immigration and many of my clients are not tech-savvy. So I’m wondering what do they do with online reviews?
A: I’ll be honest with you; it’s hard to do on your own. You can collect written reviews. You can still use those in a prospecting situation. There’s something you can’t do, you can’t take a review that’s written and then go online and post that review. The reason you can’t do that, is it’s going to be identified from that provider as coming from your IP address, your office. You can do it once, but if you do it more than once you can end up with an account that’s flagged or banned. Let me mention one other thing, in terms of syndicating the reviews, you need to have legal permission to do that so you should have a process in place. You can also create a document that would explain to them step-by-step on how to go ahead and post a review online.
