A: Absolutely, yeah. I will tell you that you will maximize your response rate with immediacy, and if people post that review immediately then you’re going to maximize the number of people that post those reviews. It’s same thing when they walk out the door, I mean, if they walk out that door and you don’t hit them up for that review for two weeks then the likelihood of them leaving that review goes way down.
