A: It’s obviously very fact specific because it depends on what’s going wrong in your firm so I’ll say it this way, very often what I find is the first system to fix is your calendar. I find that for most of us our calendar is the biggest problem. You get a huge ROI on fixing your calendar, specifically the system for how things get onto your calendar. One of the first things I recommend everyone try to delegate to someone else is give someone else control of your calendar. Giving someone else control of my calendar was just like night and day difference in how I live my life and ran my business better. Systemize how your calendar is operated.
