I have a couple things on my list but the biggest one is clearly, I hired my first associate, successfully. Actually, I hired an associate back in September who quit 2 days before she started and it took me a little while to get somebody else on board. It’s allowed me to transition almost all of my casework from me to him. I’ve got just now the big ones that I’m working on and he’s taking care of most of our day-to-day cases. It really opens me up for managing the business and taking care of those cases that really speak to me.
