My big events over the last 3 months are all kind of related. It started with me actually hiring my first competent admin ever. That has led to me getting completely out of my email and that has bought me so much time. To show you the mindset change I remember being at my first LQM in last April and having Christopher Anderson say, _you need to leave your office for at least 2 days in the next quarter and not pay attention._ Well, I have not been in my office since a week ago. I was in Arizona with my son and rather than going back to Houston and then coming back here I met with 2 of my business partners and spent 2 days in Vegas with them. That is something a year ago I never would’ve done. And I’m sending out a newsletter now and the admin has put my 3,000 contacts in. She’s gotten that all organized and she’s doing it. It’s amazing all the things that have been happening.
