In the last 90 days I did a lot of things but the major thing was that I just made a decision that I was getting out of my way. Because of that I went from averaging in the 80s to a month of $127,000. As soon as I made the decision it happened. As a result of that I’m continuing to go. I hired an associate to replace a non-functioning associate, hired another associate because I know that we have the marketing that’s going to feed this person, hired a salesperson. I’m negotiating space to move the office in a year, instituting new marketing programs as well as fixing my universe of data. I’m doing everything all at once and I don’t care. It’s going to happen.
