My path in HTM has been very rocky to say the least. When I joined in April our gross revenues were at $264,000, pretty much when I got back off the plane and returned home the phone stopped ringing. WE had our worst quarter ever. I almost didn’t come to the July LQM, my advisors pretty much forced me to and that was very much in my best interest. When I returned to Austin we had our best month ever, $72,000 in sales. In addition to that we decided to lease a small commercial space, which is really not for public consumption but for our own use to help us get from point A to point B. I stood up for my business when I had an ugly conversation with a friend whose working for me who I’m probably going to have to fire. That was huge and a real big moment for me, I think I’m going to be a much better manager as a result of that conversation.
