Last year we grossed about $440,000 and this year we’re on pace to do a little over $600,000 so we’re very pleased with that. As a result of our growth we had noticed we were having delegation problems, a lot of our follow up was falling through the cracks. We did the webinar with you and as a result of that we adopted the delegation sheet that you passed out. It’s really been adopted and incorporated into our firm and it’s been very helpful for us to follow up with things. On top of that we’ve been able to get a handle on our numbers. Now I know how many consultations I need a week to help with our cash flow and that’s really helped us with the practice. In this quarter added 2 new employees, a file clerk and a new associate who’s going to start in a couple of weeks.
