Financially I’ve ramped up a new associate. We hired her a little more than 3 months ago so that makes it not all on my paralegal and me to service clients. We have a whole other person taking care of our clients. It allows us to retain more in office rather than referring out people who can’t quite afford me. Our gross has been approximately 1.5x sometimes 2x as much as it was before we hired her so she’s making us money. I just hired a personal assistant, household manager to help me in the mornings, not unload the dishwasher and throw another load of laundry just some of the things that keep me from getting to the office to do work. It’ll give me some time to do things I like with my kids rather than just chores.
