This is my first time up at the mic, one is the reasons is that I really don’t enjoy getting up at the mic so this is all about personal growth. I thought getting up at the mic is kind of boasting but it’s not boasting at all it’s helping share successes to encourage everyone to grow. I wanted to share that I started the program in May of 2014. I was two and a half people staff at that time. Where we’re at right now, we’re at 8 full time, 4 of whom are lawyers. Within the next 90 days it should be 5 lawyers and 10 full time staff total. We just signed a lease for our tri city office expansion and in the last 90 days my husband and I jumped out of an airplane.
