The biggest thing we’ve done, we’ve finally hired a bookkeeper. Other things that we did, we are in the process of implementing, we’re expanding some of the services that we offer. We’re adding more estate planning now. We had a very significant accomplishment on the other side of things which had to do with stuff we were doing before. We had a couple of very slow months towards the end of the year. October, November, December were not good months. It was a lot of panic at that time period. We started growing and December was probably the busiest December I’ve ever had. It all came from stuff that I was doing 6-8 months ago. And it’s been so much that it’s slowed down what I’ve been able to do, networking and marketing for the estate planning. That was a very big accomplishment that all this stuff started kicking in and my calendar has never been so full. On that note, I live in Colorado and I have yet to go skiing this season, when I was on the airplane I looked at my calender and I said “Im going skiing this day” and I blocked out a day to go skiing. So that was something personal.
