In the last 90 days, actually next week I’m moving into more than double the office space. For those of you who don’t know me I worked out of my home for three and half years. Just this January I moved into an office suite and now I’m more than doubling the space in order to have space for a part time assistant paralegal. The whole irony of it was I’m an employment lawyer and I’ve never had an employee and now I will! The other point about it, I was so scared moving out of my home office into this office suite and then I started getting comfortable there and then it hit me. No, I can’t be comfortable I’m not going to grow if im too comfortable, I’ve got to get uncomfortable again. I also learned to grab an opportunity when it was available. That’s a huge accomplishment for me personally.
