I have been with How to Manage since October 2014 so I’m coming up on my 2-year anniversary. I would say that joining How to Manage was the best decision I have ever made. I come from a business background. I understand the mechanics of how business works and it’s nice to have a program that applies that specifically to a law firm context. The changes that were put in by the program have directly contributed to our revenue growth. I think the biggest concern was the cost because the cost is so staggering especially for a small firm. When I started out that was a substantial portion of our budget every month. Cost is really the big issue. Time commitment is less of an issue but there is a pretty substantial commitment with the program as well.
