I’m here to make my practice better. I’ve heard a lot people say it’s not for them and I think they’re demonstrating the fear of success, the unwillingness to commit financial resources, and I think they’re making an excuse not to be successful. I decided to take the plunge because I’m at a point where my law is becoming more and more successful. I don’t have of the pieces of the puzzle in place to make sure it sustains itself and becomes more successful. I have this fear that if I don’t do everything right, right now, the phone will stop ringing and I’ll start losing money. I want to sustain my practice. I want it to grow. I want it to operate on its own. I’m one of these guys that doesn’t take any vacations and I need to do that for myself and for my family. I think it’s the right thing to do. I’m in the process of hiring people and setting up systems and I want to do it right the first time. I want to be able to live the life I want to live, save for retirement, and do great things with the practice of law.
