Like some lawyers, I originally started out in a large law firm and decided to try and start my own firm. That’s when I quickly learned about what I didn’t know about the business of running a law firm. When I was at the law firm it was always folks behind the scenes that took care of marketing and the budgets. When I went out on my own I had to learn all that in addition to being a lawyer. Not going to lie I struggled heavily with that. Even though I was a business attorney, I didn’t know the business of practicing law. I found some of RJon’s materials online and started following some of his videos and liked what I was seeing and then signed up for coaching with RJon and he really helped filled those spaces in my practice. Revenues are double what they were last year. I’m enjoying my practice a lot more and my family is enjoying having me around a lot more because I’m a happier lawyer.
