Before HTM I had no idea what so ever of what my budget was. I couldn’t have told a whole lot about my firm except for what I made last year and what my expenses were last year. I’ve started to focus my attention on what my financial situation really is and how I’m going to move forward. I found that very helpful to my practice because you can’t grow if you don’t know what your numbers are. Having an idea of what my numbers are I have a much better chance of being able to forecast where I’m going and where I need to look out for bumps in the road so that I am prepared for those as they come along.
