I thought it was great. It was very helpful for me but I don’t think for the reasons intended by RJon. I learned that I need to talk less to the prospective client and stop telling them what it is they needed to fix to problem. I need to ask more questions and listen to what they think needs to be done to fix the problems or even more importantly what they think the problem is.
