At first I knew I wanted to go out on my own. I wanted a lifestyle change. I wanted to be happier but I knew I needed to get out into the community. I started joining some groups, getting out there talking to people, really communicating making relationships. One of the big things was coming in and learning from RJon. That was absolutely critical. I don’t think I could have done it without that. The last thirty days were really harrowing. It was exciting. It was nerve wrecking. I had gone through the 12-week program in anticipation for when I finished the 12-week program I was going to make the leap out on my own. I had all this information. I had all these resources and trying to put it all together, at the same time trying to strategize my exit strategy from the firm and so when once I left it all fell into place. Things that would have taken me 3 to 4 months to do, I got done in 2 weeks because I had done so much preparation beforehand.
