Where I’m at now, I have put policies and procedures in place in my law firm so that I can leave it and not feel as if I’m abandoning law firm or that it can’t run on its own without me. It has allowed me to have more time with my family, with my wife, with my son, do the things that I really want to do. To be able to take vacations, to able to make purchases that I wanted to make, and most of all it’s given me a peace of mind about what I’m doing and the fact that I’m being ethical about it. I almost didn’t join the program because I thought it was too much money and I was concerned that it might be a scam or it might be something that I just completely didn’t understand. It didn’t take me very long to understand that there was a philosophy and mindset that was behind all of it that came from a much deeper place. What I would say to another lawyer who is letting the same reason stop them is that you don’t understand the benefit that you’re going to have psychologically and personally and how well it’ll benefit your family by coming along to meetings, trying it out, seeing what you can find out and learn from other attorneys.
