After working with the program I started to realize that personal development really precedes professional development and it’s so important for you to really understand who you are, especially if you want to be a leader to the staff and the community that you’re trying to serve. And it’s interesting because when I first started everybody thought you can’t do that, you’re too young, you have no experience, you’re growing too quick, slow down and if it weren’t for this program I wouldn’t have the confidence to say if it hasn’t been done that’s even more reason to get it done because if everybody’s doing it one way, what’s going to set you apart from everybody else? My family started to noticed I was living a richer life not in monetary value, I was actually happier, my whole demeanor changed I had more confidence and it applied to just all aspects of my life. You have to change yourself before you try to change the world and this program is a huge way of doing that. They give me the tools and the resources and the advice and the confidence to fall and get back up, just a huge support team that helps you find the best version of yourself.
