We joined because Dan was overworked and underpaid and miserable and couldn’t imagine doing what he does for the rest of his life. And even though he was working so hard there wasn’t any money. Where we are now, we’ve gained a lot more control of the firm. We have completed broken it down and built the foundation and we now have eight people total in the firm. We completely changed the culture of our firm. And we have people that buy into our vision our new way of doing things. I never thought I could work for my husband. My husband and I are closer now and our marriage is better now than ever before because we’re doing this together as partners. Before it was very lonely and not very good pretty miserable and now it’s great. We have a future and its exciting. You need to do this, you can’t short change your life and your family that way. You can’t not do it. It’s hard but it’s great. I mean you guys work our asses off and its intense and it makes my brain want to explode but it’s amazing and life changing for sure.
