I imagine an excuse some lawyers may use for not doing something like this may be that they don’t have time, they think they’ve got sufficient policies and procedures and what they don’t realize is that some of these procedures will change the way their staff and their office runs in enormous bounds. having those policies and procedures in place will create more billable time for all of the staff and the attorney and free up some of the emergencies that might arise. I’m glad I didn’t let anything stop me from coming. We came across the country to be here in North Carolina this weekend. And I’m so happy we carved out these several days. We’ve gotten so much accomplished and we’ll be able to go back and start implementing some of these policies to not only change how our clients treat us our firm, our staff, and our attorneys but also how our staff can better provide effective legal services for the attorneys and the clients.
