I think what I’ve taken the most from so far from the morning session was just his point of understanding why you do the work you’re doing and communicating that to the client to build that relationship and it’s common sense. It’s just not one of those things you’ve been taught to incorporate in your meeting with the client. The morning program had a lot of overarching principles and philosophies that are important to keep in mind even when you’re dealing with the nuts and bolts, so you don’t get lost in the whole process.
