Just to give you a quick background. The way I started this was I literally went out and bought a door at Home Depot. Taped it to two Walmart filing cabinets and made it my office and that’s how I started this law firm. When RJon was offering his CFO program, we thought what could these non CPAs, non-financial, non-accounting people teach us of how to view and analyze businesses. Well, that was an eye opening experience. There was a break down in our pricing structure but it also revealed huge inefficiencies in the staff, to the extent that some employees were blindly stealing from us. If it wasn’t for RJon, Chuck, Brian, Brooke and Chris, they helped me through this pivotal part. I was still pricing as if I was still with my Home Depot door taped to those filing cabinets. They helped me grow this business.
