I’ve been in the program since April 2013, so this is my one-year anniversary. During that year lots of changes have happened, if you were to compare myself today than a year ago it was totally different person. The one thing that my husband said that’s he’s noticed most of all is the confidence level. That confidence comes from everything that we’ve been learning, everything that we’ve been trying to implement throughout the last year coming from that hardcore twelve weeks up until even this coming month. /A lot of it for me came down to the systems, without having a system, from the basics of how to answer a phone and how to open a file I don’t think I would have the type of firm I have today. And it’s not just about having a system, it’s about having it put down in writing because as it said saying it is one thing but once you put it in writing it becomes real, so that’s important. Not only having those systems which comes down to your policies and procedures, I also had to take a hard look about where I work, how far is it from my home? The office is 10 minutes which is great. The other things to look at, the actual office because of the program I looked at what was in my office that could make my staff happy, to make me happy, to make the clients happy.
