I’ve been with How to Manage since October of 2013. Since that time we’ve grown a lot, when I joined the program frankly my firm was really struggling and it was just me and a paralegal. We’ve grown quite a bit since then. The thing that really accelerated our growth, were two things, the first thing was the business planning workshop. I did the very first one and during that business planning workshop I had a realization that I could actually be the owner of a million-dollar law firm and before that I never believed it. and I can remember the second standing up there and giving my presentation that I actually believed it. Huge growth accelerator before that I didn’t think it was possible. /The second thing I wanted to mention was the calendaring workshop that we just did. Huge dove tail into your business plan. That was really the missing piece of my business. We’re going to double this year, I’m very confident about that, it’s in my business plan, it’s on the calendar and we’re hitting all our marks so far so it’s going to be a great year.
