Before the program, business was Helter Skelter. I showed up to work, I worked all day everyday seven days a week and I was reasonably able to get my work done and I was reasonably doing well in business but I didn’t know how, it was a guess. I was hoping that I was doing the right things, and sometimes I was sometimes I wasn’t but I didn’t know one way or another. And after the Business Plan Accelerator I was able to see what I did effectively and what I didn’t. I understood my numbers, I understood how my business was supposed to function, how it was supposed to make a profit and I found that life became much easier not because there was less work to do but because I knew where I should be investing my energy.
