The reason that we have to talk about our factory, is that without that you are tied to your office all the time. Without policies, without procedures, without systems without having a way to train your staff so that they will produce the work consistently and in the same way you do so, means you are stuck there 7 days a week. I did that for about 5 years, I stayed in my office 50 to 60 hours a week 6 to 7 days a week. My child looked at me and says _mom I don’t remember much about you being home._ You know that’s not a good thing. I had gotten an email from RJon about this policies and procedures workshop in North Carolina. It was 15 hours for 4 straight days but we came home with policies and procedures and it’s changed my life and I’ve been in this program ever since and I wouldn’t trade this experience for the world.
