One of the most important things that I’m learning is that there are opportunities around us all over and we don’t see them because we’re not receptive to them and this session is really opening my eyes to the opportunities around me and really teaching me how our brains are just configured not to see these things around and it’s really helping me open my eyes and see those things. Just getting out and looking for new ways to view things can really open your eyes to opportunities around you and that’s something that is really going to stick with me from this session /I’m excited and overwhelmed. I’m trying to process everything, figure out how I’m going to bring this into play in my practice. I can feel myself growing and not really sure where that’s going to lead to so it’s a little exciting and nervous as well. I’m really glad that I came. I’m really glad that I did this.
