The most memorable moment was to be yourself, just be who you are, not the self that you think people want you to be, but be yourself because no one does it better. The way I would implement this into my risk management decision making is that I won’t worry about what anyone thinks. I’m making a decision, we’ll make the decision and figure it out later. /I thought the teaching approach RJon and Ale provided was wonderful. They were being their true selves and sharing their story and how they got to where they are and we’re all sharing the same struggles. And it’s just nice to hear how they tackled all those issues along the way. /After the workshop I’m ready to rock and roll. I know what we need to do to make it to the next level. It was absolutely life changing.
