I think whether you just joined this program or you’ve been a member of this program you need to take this component. The reason you need to do that is because you’re going to see distinctions being raised in the practice and how you look at your practice and how you look at life and how you deal with those problems as they come up whether you’re beginning it or you’ve been in this program for many years. That’s critical because if you’re beginning you’re going to see all the concepts and problems you’re going to be confronting as you graduate through the various stages of this program and your firm improves and increases in its value and its philosophy. If you’ve been in practice for a while, I’ve been in practice for decades, this will help you deal and confront all those things that have been holding you back. So whether you’ve just started or you’ve been in this program a long time this is a must do. /There are a lot of things that hold us back individually, among our peers, among our families and even with ourselves and even in our practices. I think in the last day and half I have confronted many of the questions that I’ve had, excuses that I have made that have kept me from jumping in all in and doing the things that I need to be doing. /I think what’s good about this is there’s a view RJon and Ale’s progressions through the same kinds of issues that we’re going to face, regardless of whether you’ve just started practicing law or you’ve been practicing for decades. No one else can give you that, no other part of the program or other components of the program does that in such a concentrated form. And this is probably a program that we should be coming back a taking again and again whenever possible just like mastermind because it will cause us to successfully confront those roadblocks that keep us from success. /I’ve had several aha moments, you have to be uncomfortable you’ve got to make your staff uncomfortable and you can’t just be compliant and accept the same old stuff. You’ve got to change and you’ve to make sure they’re changing with you, and people don’t change easily.
