I’ve been with the program How to Manage a Small Law Firm for a while, I’ve learned so much and I realized that if there’s more information I can get on how to better stream my decision making process that this would be an amazing thing for me to go to. Every time I come to a program I learn so much and it just really fundamentally changes where we’re headed. /My hope is that I will have a better idea of how to fundamentally make decisions in a way that I’m not as hurried or as rushed and just have a process that I go through so I can make good decisions without trying to just get it done and move onto the next fire.
