I came to this seminar to clarify my thinking about sales and it was a great seminar. It did clarify my thinking about sales and beyond that the way that sales are applicable to many areas other than just closing console to clients. I think I learned a lot, internalized a lot about how sales are useful in continuing your work with clients and dealings with vendors of the firm with employees of the firm. I actually got quite a bit more out of the seminar than I anticipated and I would highly recommend it to anyone who’s interested in those type of things. I didn’t really have a lot expectation on what the seminar would be like. I was pleased that there was a lot of practical information and a lot of information about getting my mental state clarified and being able to then understand better what’s going on in the minds of other people so that my communications are better.
