I’ve actually participated in multiple of RJon’s programs including a couple business plan workshops and I have to say it’s honestly revolutionized my business and I don’t use that word lightly. By being involved in some of these workshops I’ve learned about the different parts of my business and how they work together in ways that I honestly didn’t even understand about my own business. And what that ended up helping me do was figure out how to connect the dots from this part of my business to the other and really create a business that runs business, that produces better work for our clients, that helps us to make better decisions for the future and really create the kind of business that I want to be an owner of rather than just be working in the business.
