I would tell any perspective member who’s thinking about it that although I’m scared, for the first time in a very long time I have a group of honest people who are telling me why I wasn’t doing what would get me to where I wanted to be. Both on a personal level and a professional level, and a group of people who say we have these steps to make it work if you commit to them and if you do them. Things that they are not teaching you in law school, where the focus is _oh as soon as you have enough experience you’ll be fine._ I have a clear direction of where I’m going now and I didn’t have that 2 days ago.
