I’ve been with How to Manage a Small Law Firm since January of 2013. I think the biggest fear was what if I joined and it didn’t work? In law school they don’t teach you how to run a business and so what it’s really given me is a lot more confidence in running my business, a lot of systems and processes, and understanding how businesses work and applying that to the legal field.
